The following is a detailed schedule of construction activity on the Townhouse buildings (212-216 East 16th Street) for Oct 1 through Nov. 5.
EXTERIOR WORK ACTIVITIES ON THE TOWNHOUSES
· Repointing of the Townhouse façade
· Installing new window sills
· Terracotta repair and replacement
· Parapet flashing and railing at terrace
· Hand erect remaining structural steel
· Install remaining metal decks and pour stops
· Pour concrete for remaining slab infills
· Pour roof curbs and apply roofing
· Construct new cornice
· Construct exterior stud and brick walls
· Gallery roof installation
· Bring in new gas, water and sewer services
· Rigging HVAC Equipment
INTERIOR WORK ACTIVITIES ON THE TOWNHOUSES
· Plumbing risers and roughing
· HVAC risers and roughing
· Ductwork risers and branch work
· Electrical risers and roughing
· Fire Protection risers and roughing
· Install stair handrails
· Begin elevator construction
· Bring on live electrical power
· Temp lighting and power on decks
